Data processed when you visit

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Depending on the subject, processing is based on taking steps at your request, performing an agreement, complying with a legal obligation or our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence.

Cookies and analytics

This public website does not itself use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. It does not provide public user accounts, a comment function or a contact form. If these functions are introduced, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before they are used.

External resources and hosting

Website hosting

The website is delivered through cloud hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical access and security data on our behalf to operate and protect the service.

Google Fonts

The website requests typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser loads these files, technical connection data, including your IP address, may be transmitted to Google. You can find more information in Google’s privacy documentation.

Images and linked websites

Some visual assets may be delivered from IGE-controlled web infrastructure. If you follow a link to an external website, that website’s own privacy policy applies.

Recipients and international processing

Personal data is shared only where necessary with service providers supporting website hosting, security and technical delivery, or where disclosure is required by law. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with the GDPR.

Retention

Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting and legal compliance. Email correspondence is retained for the period needed to handle the enquiry and meet contractual or statutory record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
